Terms & Conditions

1. Group Memberships

  • Membership Fee: The group membership fee is £100 per month.
  • Payment Terms: Membership fees are due on the 1st of each month and will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.
  • No Refunds: All payments for group memberships are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to cases of missed sessions, illness, or personal reasons.
  • Cancellation Notice: To cancel your group membership, a minimum of 1-month notice is required. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to enquiries@twotouchcoaching.com. Your membership will remain active, and charges will continue until the end of the notice period. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the membership during the notice period.

2. 1-2-1 Session Bookings

  • Booking Requirements: All 1-2-1 sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance of the desired time slot. In the case of late cancellation, slots can become available within this period.
  • No Refunds for Cancellations: Once a 1-2-1 session is booked, it cannot be refunded if canceled by the client for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, or personal reasons. However, if a session is cancelled outwith the 24-hour cancellation period, the following rescheduling policy applies.
  • Rescheduling: If a session is cancelled outwith the 24-hour cancellation period, rescheduling of 1-2-1 sessions is subject to availability and must also adhere to the 2-day advance booking requirement. No rescheduling is guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if an alternative time cannot be arranged.

3. General Policies

  • Liability: We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during sessions. Participants engage at their own risk.
  • Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to adhere to our code of conduct. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of membership or session booking without refund.
  • Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing and will take effect immediately upon notice.

By purchasing a membership or booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
